The fastest way to reach us. Emails are read and answered by the person who runs the studio, within one working day, Monday to Friday.
Help with an order
So we can help on the first reply rather than the third, please include:
- Your order number, from the confirmation email.
- The email address you used at checkout.
- For damage in transit, a photo of the clock and one of the outer box.
Every clock is printed to order after you buy it, so if you need to change the colours or the address on an order, tell us quickly. We can usually still catch it in the first few hours.
Clocks are printed and shipped from the United States, and usually arrive in 5–7 business days. Anything damaged or faulty is covered for 30 days. The full terms are in our returns policy.

- Wholesale and bulk orders. We print to order, so larger runs are straightforward. Email with the quantity and the deadline.
